The staff was amazing! So courteous and helpful, especially Amina. Spacious and clean room. Lovely pool/spa. Excellent location for train travel. Great nearby restaurant.

This hotel is in a perfect location, close to the airport and nestled in the beautiful mountains. It even offers easy access to the famous Oasiria waterpark, making it a great choice for families. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the rooftop bar and swimming pool area offers a lovely spot to relax and unwind.

There is one downside to this hotel - the bathroom doors can be a bit difficult to close properly.

The staff were unbelievably great. Customer service was 10/10. Clean and trustworthy. Everything intact. Cute, helpful and friendly receptionists. Delicious food service. Fantastic facilities. Great location.

Reasonably priced facility with comfortable beds, quiet location away from traffic. Attentive host, Haytam, goes above and beyond to meet guests' needs. Walking distance from train station, with clean, well-furnished apartments available.

The staff was amazing, especially Amina, who went out of her way to make us comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was excellent, literally opposite a Pizza Hut restaurant and in close proximity to the famous Oasiria waterpark. The breakfast was good and the food in their restaurant was delicious. it was an excellent introduction to Morocco.

The hotel could improve on providing more accessible sockets next to the beds.

The beds and sofa in the rooms are really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the city. the quiet neighborhood ensures a peaceful and relaxing stay.

One negative aspect of my stay at this hotel was the breakfast. It was the same every day and the food was often cold.

I especially appreciated their efforts in organizing a birthday cake for my sister's celebration.

The hotel also had excellent transportation options, making it easy to get around.
